We have been managing all the Electrical construction, design and all the maintenance on Upmarket Golf Estates over the last twelve years and are looking forward to a bright long future continuing assisting them in all their electrical and maintenance needs in future. We also currently assist in maintaining the following on the estates:
2250 households,
a golf country club,
gym and spa,
Restaurants,
Tennis club,
squash club,
8 townhouse complexes (625 Units)
Office buildings.
They are currently busy expanding by building more restaurants, two more townhouse complexes and upgrading buildings and are generating a lot of work for Wright's Electrical in electrical installation and maintenance as we are and have been the only electrical company that has permission to work on any of their power supplies. Wright's Electrical has also got power of attorney from the local council departments to do the Estates mini-sub connections and needs a full-time maintenance schedule to keep this main reticulation up and running.
We are currently busy with the design for the upgrading of water features and all pumps, which will be modified to a similar set-up as Sun City at the Golf course.
We're also busy with a total security LED lighting upgrade around the estate perimeter wall, which consists of more than 300 LED lights, 8000 meters of and UG cabling;
First of its kind in South Africa cellular network & fibre optic infrastructure at a local Estate serving over 1250 commercial & residential properties for Vodacom and MTN;
We worked closely with Universal projects (Pty) Ltd & Tamashi Technology Investments (Pty) Ltd.
They are managing all the infrastructure projects for Vodacom and MTN on these cellular contracts and are expecting all estates to run on the same in future. This will also then include Cell C and 8ta. I am working towards doing all their work and assisting them in all their future projects and contracts which is already in the pipeline for these cellular-networks.
We have various estate agents who we supply Compliance Certificates to and see a future in gaining more agencies and therefore personal clients as well.
We have opened up a branch in Mbombela in Mpumalanga and our aim is to service Mbombela and surrounding areas
We also assist in the Design, construction & maintaining domestic agriculture & investment setups in Mpumalanga, Swaziland and Mozambique.
Due to high demand in the electrical infrastructure all over Gauteng, Mpumalanga and the world, being either domestic or industrial, there will always be a constant work flow in this industry. We have a wide spectrum of experience in the industry and are not bound to low voltage domestic work. We have very high expertise on high voltage overhead power lines, transformers and switching stations that was built for Keskor & Eskom.
